Important Updates

President’s Day Closure – On February 20, 2017, phone and email support for applicants will not be available.
Please note that February is the busiest month for program deadlines so remember to send in your transcripts as soon as possible. And there is a typically a higher volume of calls this month so we recommend the following:
  • Check your status online by using the “Check Status” tab at the top of the page – applicants can check if their transcripts have been received at any time (even prior to submitting their application now) – Note: due to the large volume of mail processed, it can take between 7 – 10 days for transcripts to post to an applicant’s account
  • Call volume is lower during the hours of 9:00 – 11:00 AM EST and 2:00 – 4:00 PM EST so that is a better time to call the customer service line at 617-612-2880
  • Monday is the busiest day for calls, so try to call on an alternative weekday
  • Email customer service at (when logged into NursingCAS click on the “?” icon at the top of the page and you can send an email that way as well)
